With Angell Back, we will replace your bike if it's stolen for up to 2 years after purchase*.
Angell Back is offered to all new Angell bike buyers.
No subscription is necessary: your Angell is protected as soon as you receive it. Simply download the Angell application and register your profile.
The guarantee is complete and without surprises, as long as you do a few simple things:
- your Angell must be attached by its frame to a fixed point with an approved anti-theft device.
- Your bike's built-in deterrent systems must be activated (geolocation and alarm activated from the mobile application).
- Your internal battery must be charged, at least 30%, so that the security systems are fully functional. Don't worry, we will send you an alert as soon as the battery level is not sufficient!
If despite your care and its built-in security systems, your Angell was stolen, we take care of everything.
Upon receipt of the copy of your complaint, to be sent to us by email at back@angell.bikewithin a maximum of forty-eight hours after the theft has been reported, we will do our utmost to find your Angell, for a period of 12 days.
- if we can't, we'll replace it with a bike that's in the same - or better - condition than yours.
- If your bike is recovered, we will return it to you as soon as our workshops are satisfied that the essential functions of your Angell have not been damaged or that there is no risk to your safety.
We will make our best efforts during this time to provide you with a courtesy bike to keep you moving while your case is being processed.
